There's no end to information out there on the internet - but I found this read very interesting - it's a chapter in the above book and you can read it at the link above. Push on the link and then scroll up to the beginning of the chapter so as not to miss some of the story.
I always wondered why the Russian Bear closed in 1947. Apparently when Vonsiatsky got out of prison, he relocated to St. Petersburg Florida with Natasha and Lev (the owners of our house). There he met a young waitress and had a son with him. Marion stayed up here but gave him an allowance of 12,000 until the day she died when she left him and additional $25,000. He only had 2 years to spend it because he died of heart disease in Florida.
